At times it also feels like you are living in a bubble since it is a very liberal town.The systems are great; this is reason I initially moved here. Westwood is a fantastic town to live in!Carlisle is an overall safe and friendly town. I currently live in Winchester and I love it so much. Honestly, this is as close to a Utopia town as you can get, and the only downside is that the housing stock is pretty old and expensive.
