I was looking for a good primary, but I guess the search continues for a good doctor with a staff that knows how to code so insurance will pay for a physical.UNPROFESSIONAL!!! It is very painful, but happens once or twice per year. Repulsive.I have been going to the Suwanee/Johns Creek location for a few years now, and I am very pleased. Even on the most strenous days, the doctors wnet out of their way to encourahe and compliment the staff/employees.
They don't return phone calls and the staff is not friendly.My other specialist told me to get rid of her last year. She stays on top of her game with the latest in meds, procedures, diagnosis, etc. I don't have a history of drug abuse at all. Sadly this went from a 5 star visit to a one star visit all because of myopic billing practices by Dr. Bailey.I have so many good things to say about this office and Dr. Gokki. Her bed side manner is the worse. She explains everything thoroughly. The clinic is modern (using laptops at all times), didn't bat an eye when the scale was out of range for me or lecture me about that, and saw me on time.
