The first one that they sent me had a defective microphone jack but I called Amazon and within two days they sent me another one out, this radio works very well I get all of the repeater channels plus the regular simplex channels the output on the radio is 4.5 W on low 20 W on medium and 38 W on high, I have absolutely no complaints about this radio it works very well, I would absolutely recommend this radio to anyone.
