Apparently there were some production problems and the animation is a bit wonky at certain points (for example characters in the background will sometimes be stuck in a certain position where it looks like they should be moving.) The lovable bat Bartok (Hank Azaria) goes on his own adventure and meets a pink snake, a dapper bear, Prince Ivan Romanov (Phillip Van Dyke), and evil witch Baba Yaga (Andrea Martin) trying to rule all of Russia. The DVD supplied will definately bring back happy memories of that playful Penguin!! Hubie, however, is luckless in finding a perfect pebble to propose to Marina with and wishes on a star to make his dream come true.

One night, Hubie and Marina manage to confirm how they feel for each other, but Hubie can't quite find the perfect pebble to propose to Marina with. The Pebble and The Penguin Blu-ray disc and case are in excellent condition and I don't wish to spoil anything about the movie, but it's a goodness glaciers great time film to watch, especially when you need a friend to help you fight for someone you love, not just being a whimpy hopeless romantic. What a lovely film. Once a year, during the mating season, the male birds gather along the Antarctic beaches and there each selects an extraordinary pebble. Love how fast this movie came in thank you so much
