I put a healthy amount of the Hellman's Chunky Burger Sauce on the burger (the sauce comes in a neat squeezy bottle, making it easy and mess-free to get the right amount of sauce on the burger), closed the bun and took the long awaited bite!I've gotta say, it was curious, but for the wrong reasons - I found myself searching my taste buds for the sauce!!!

Never mind; my only concern when I looked at the picture was that the sauce would be rich and more like a mayonnaise. Although the salt content was a little high for my liking - but 5% of reference intake is about the norm for many sauces.Once the burgers were cooked, I placed it on a bed of lettuce, cucumber and onions - I decided to leave the pickles out as this was already in the sauce. I tried it with meat and it goes well with both red and white meat and works just as good with chips and sandwiches.It is a fairly chunky sauce so it adds a nice texture to whatever you eat it with, and it is a kind of spicy mayonnaise flavour. They are just too amazing not to sell!I was so excited while I was making these as I kept thinking 2 things:See I work with Autumn and just adore her!
