Food was spectacular. Appreciated the very hot plates. Fun atmosphere downstairs and fine dining up stairs gave us options to choose from. However, great food. From the mountainscapes to the locally foraged ingredients, we offer a fresh perspective on Canadian cuisine while you enjoy the stunning views of Canmore's surrounding Rocky Mountains.We offer a private event room for wedding receptions, meetings, birthdays, etc.

!The food and wait staff were excellent. Such a wonderful place to celebrate our anniversary weekend. We are Canmore locals and will most certainly be "spreading the news" to our family, friends and visitors that the Sensory is a "go to" place.Our server was really knowledgeable with the menu and explained the ingredients on what we have ordered. As for the food, outstanding. The Hunt tasting menu was delightful.
So good the first night decided to go back the next night as well!Service was terrific!!! Overall a very good dining experience. Food was again delicious. Dine with stunning mountain vistas through the restaurant’s large windows. Would love to return.Excellent experience! I had high hopes for the restaurant when first visited but now quite doubtful it will continue to exist.Went to enjoy New Year’s Eve dinner with family while on vacation.
The service etiquette was more of a pub versus a high end restaurant. I’m sure if you call the restaurant they will give you more info. We also had one...So sorry we didn't make you evening special. The trust me menu seems to have increased significantly in price but the quality isn’t what it used to be at a more affordable price. Would definitely come again and we would definitely recommend it to others.We arrived first on a very quiet night, we stayed for two hours and trusted the chef by ordering the surprise 3 course dinner.
