Every bite was so satisfying I'm already planning a return trip.Hole in the wall place with bold flavors that don't break the wallet. There are two locations near me in North Seattle and this is one of them. So good in fact I came here for dinner tonight. You order food by the kitchen and they will bring the dish to you. Is it the best orange chicken I've had? There's also a spice bar filled with chili oil, cilantro, green onions.. etc to help spice up your dish. Some items are supposed to be spicy, but I didn't feel it too much. I started with the pot stickers which were solId I had the spicy lamb hand ripped noodles which were memorable! I posted photos of menu. My personal favorites are the spicy beef or the spicy lamb noodles and I usually order a pork bun to split with a friend.
A wonderful mix of chewy, freshly-made, thick noodles with spicy, flavorful, slightly numbing sauce with beef/lamb - keeps me coming back! The process is simple: pick up a menu to figure out what you want, order at the counter, take the assigned number placard given to you, and someone will come out with your food promptly once you've self-seated and put your placard on your table.
I'm for sure going back for seconds to try other items on the menu. As a college kid the prices are a huge part of what appeals to me and it is a welcome surprise in a city where prices can usually get steep.So glad to have a good spot in Seattle for hand-pulled Chinese noodles.. First had this style of noodles in Queens, NY at the OG Xi'an famous foods- and this isn't too far off!I've been wanting to try this place for the longest time after seeing so many photos of these beautiful hand pulled noodles all over my Instagram feed and so glad I finally got around to it!
